Saturday Lotto Review
Welcome to our Saturday Lotto Review here at the Australian Betting Organization. The Saturday Lotto is one of the Oz Lotteries operated by Tattersall’s. All of their lotteries are licensed and safe to play. The Saturday Lotto is available in all the Australian states and territories. This same lotto is often advertised as Tattslotto, Gold Lotto, or X Lotto in specific states and territories around Australia.
The Saturday Lotto was the first of its kind in Australia. It was originally patterned after some of the popular lotteries offered in Europe. Eventually the Saturday Lotto evolved to what it is today, offering a variety of divisions and prize levels.
How to Play the Saturday Lotto
During the Saturday Lotto draw 6 standard numbers are drawn and two supplementary numbers are drawn. To play the Saturday lotto you must select 6 numbers between 1 and 45. To win the Saturday Lotto you must match all 6 numbers from the standard draw in order.
Quick Pick: In a quick pick the numbers for your lottery ticket are chosen randomly by a computer program. This is commonly used by people who buy a large number of lottery tickets.
System Options: This is when you purchase all combinations of a specific set of 6 numbers. This is common among people who have their chosen lucky numbers and want to cover every variation that these numbers could appear.
Super Combo: A super combo is similar to a system option but doesn’t cover ever variation of a set of 6 numbers. This is for people who have their chosen lucky numbers but don’t want to buy large numbers of tickets.
Syndicates: Playing in a syndicate means you purchase a share in a set of tickets. This is often done with friends or coworkers to make the lottery more social. However, if you win the lottery you’ll have to share the winnings with the group.

If you enjoy playing the Saturday Lotto than you’ll enjoy playing some of its sister lotteries; the Monday Lotto and the Wednesday Lotto.
